Getting Paid

It is crucial to understand how we are paid as the better our understanding, the more effective you will be at setting goals (and coaching your team to set goals) which will ultimately get you paid. The Success Plan can be really difficult and confusing to understand, especially in the beginning! It can take a few months to get your head around it. You may need to read, re-read, re-read and re-read it and then have a conversation (or two) about it for it to all make sense so please don't be concerned if you don't understand it initially.

Basically, we get paid several ways in Arbonne. Here are a few things to remember:

  • In order to receive your override and/or bonus commission (for District Manager level and above), you must be considered “active” in the month you expect to be paid. This means you MUST have a minimum of 150PQV (Personal Qualifying Volume) each month which is your own personal orders and orders from any Preferred Clients and Clients.
  • If you have reached the first level of leadership (District Manager) or above, to get paid on any 2nd and/or 3rd Generations you need to be as “Wide” as you are “Deep”. Sooo, what does this actually mean?????? If you are a DM and you promote a DM (woo hoo) and your DM then promotes a DM then this new DM would be considered a 2nd Generation. If this 2nd Generation DM then also promotes out a DM then this new DM would be your 3rd Generation. So, to get paid on all their sales volume you need to have personally promoted 3 DM’s so you are 3 DM’s wide and then 3 DM’s deep. Pay attention to this as you could leave a lot of money on the table (and we know you don’t want to do that) but the main thing to focus on is always be personally sponsoring new consultants and help them get to DM! This way you will be paid for your efforts in coaching and mentoring your entire team!
  • And finally, your earning potential is LIMITLESS! You can add more levels as your business expands and Arbonne will never ever cap your commission!!!!!!!!!
